Small paper voucher, written on both sides, attached to E101/413/2/3 folio 114r with a modern pin. The text is in the same hand as the main manuscript. The date is approximate, based on placement within the volume, but could probably be verified by reference to the Chancery rolls of the Duchy of Lancaster or the register of William Smith, bishop of Lincoln.
