M ‌ that Richard Cholmeley must pay 40 marks yearly & for certain over
allowances that he had set in his books of accounts which requireth
noon excercise as it appears in the roll of accounts whereof the
King have a Copye

M ‌ that Laurence Bonvix have forfeited of late over & above
all other debts that he have found surtie for which must
be called upon betwixt this & Christmas at the ferthest for his
surties be noo longer bound for him Empson & Lucas

M ‌ Sir Raignold Bray and Wareley have promised to pay & answer
of a disme of year 11th which is yet unpaid

M ‌ Wareley must pay to John Heron for Thomas Say of
Abingdon in pty of payment of for his benevolence And over that
100 marks for Sir John Rysseleys benevolence which is ready money
to be paid the next term

M ‌ Adrian Bardes owes for his benevolence Bray & Warlay

all that is due of the privy seal by the latterend of the term
which draws beyond
